Delivery

Order fulfillment takes up to 5 days (usually 1-3 days). As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number. If you have not received a e-mail with the tracking number, please check your junk mail folder.

The EU & UK, Switzerland

- free for orders over 75 € (tracked)

- tracked - 8 €

The USA

- free for orders over 85 € (tracked)

- tracked - 9 €

South Korea, Japan

- free for orders over 85 € (tracked)

- tracked - 8 €

Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania

- free for orders over 75 € (tracked)

- tracked - 5 €

All other countries:

- free for orders over 85 € (tracked)

- tracked - 14 €

You will receive your parcel via your national mail provider.

We do not provide any insurance for parcels. Our liability ends when the parcel is handed over to the shipping company. If your parcel is marked as successfully delivered, but you have not received it for some reason, unfortunately we cannot help you.

If you have already placed an order and forgot to add some things, contact us! Most likely we can solve this problem without placing another order (and paying for another delivery).
