Order fulfillment takes up to 5 days (usually 1-3 days). As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number. If you have not received a e-mail with the tracking number, please check your junk mail folder.

If you choose Standard delivery, you will receive your parcel via your national mail operator.
We do not provide any insurance for parcels! Our liability ends when the parcel is handed over to the shipping company. This means that if something goes wrong with your order during delivery, we will definitely try to help you if we can. However, if we can't, we are not responsible for the actions of the shipping company. We have no special contacts with shipping companies of your countries and do not receive any compensation from them.
If your parcel is marked as successfully delivered, but you have not received it for some reason, unfortunately we cannot help you.
If you have already placed an order and forgot to add some things, contact us! Most likely we can solve this problem without placing another order (and paying for another delivery).
